Celestial Aeon Project
(AKa Matti Paalanen)

A composer/producer from Finland, Matti Paalanen has produced mainly instrumental music since 2001. His main projects revolve around stock music, epic music, piano music, background music, film music, ambient and minimalism genres. He releases his music under Creative Commons and specializes in free background music. Matti has specialized in producing instrumental music using virtual orchestra sound libraries in spirit of film music / soundtrack music. He also produces electronic ambient soundscapes and more modern crossover tunes that integrate virtual orchestra with electronic patterns and elements. Also, with the Frozen Silence project, Paalanen creates minimalistic piano and guitar music with instrumental, mainly melancholic, atmospheres.

Celestial Aeon Project is a pure instrumental music soundtrack project that publishes epic stock music soundscapes and free background music. General atmosphere and visual feel lead to fantasy worlds and to the realm of the role playing games. General style of C.A.P. is quite nostalgic and simplistic, even harmonic structures and melodies are quite straightforward and almost improvisational, which may remind listeners of old school computer RPG soundtracks.

Midnight Syndicate

For over 25 years, composers Edward Douglas and Gavin Goszka have been known as Midnight Syndicate and have been creating dark symphonic soundtracks to imaginary films that transport the listener to worlds of their own creation. To many, they are horror music pioneers crafting fifteen studio albums with their signature blend of orchestral gothic music and movie-style sound effects. To others, they will always be the first “haunted house band” that forever changed the Halloween music genre and became a staple in homes, amusement parks, and haunted attractions worldwide during the Halloween season. Still others know them as the duo that created the first official soundtrack to the legendary Dungeons & Dragons game trailblazing a new era for the use of music in the role-playing game industry. Reminiscent of sweeping, complex masterpieces by artists such as James Horner, Danny Elfman, Black Sabbath, and King Diamond, their critically-acclaimed music has been featured as a part of films, television shows, video games, and theatrical productions worldwide.

Will Savino
(AKA Music d20)

When your game needs killer music and sound design, you need someone who can understand your vision and deliver exactly what the project needs. No matter the style, Will Savino can create audio that is exciting, evocative, and unique. If you want your game to stand out, your music and sound need to stand out too, and Will’s audio is anything but generic. His music frequently blurs the lines between, jazz, classical, fusion, and electronic idioms, and while no two projects are the same, his singular sound is immediately recognizable in any score.

Will also writes music for tabletop RPGs under the names Music d20 and Borough Bound. He has released hundredsd of tracks to help dungeon masters score their roleplaying adventures. Will is also the writer and manager for Borough Bound.

In addition to games, Will’s work has been featured on VICELAND, on the stage, and numerous podcasts, short films, and promotional materials. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College with a Bachelors of Music and Economics and received his Masters of Music in Composition from Michigan State University. You can keep up to date with his music on bandcamp, soundcloud or the streaming service of you choice.
